SUMMER CAMPS
We usually dress our daycare summer camps in a smart-drama themed robe. 100% of our camp places are subsidized and provided free of charge to disadvantaged children.
The camps welcome children aged 7-12 on a regular basis, while for some special theme weeks we welcome interested children up to the age of 14. The sessions are divided into groups according to age group.
LOGICAL REASONING AND DRAMA PEDAGOGY, FROM BOTH HALF OF THE CAMP TOGETHER
Classes based on argumentative logic and drama pedagogy can help us live a responsible life as soon as possible upon entering adulthood and on the path to it, and to be prepared for unexpected situations.They can also support us in becoming confident, thoughtful, critical, problem-solving, creative, and unmanipulated people who cannot be dissuaded from relying on our own intelligence by either majority opinion, repetition, or acting.
In case of bad weather, we try to create lasting summer experiences in the cozy environment of the pleasant community space, while in suitably warm and dry weather, among the natural treasures of the park located just 3-4 minutes from the camp center. We also try to implement diverse cultural excursions every week.
LOGIC - REASONING
Divided into age groups, we aim to make the little ones proficient in the science of reasoning in a playful, lifelike format, with exciting tasks tailored to their age and maturity.
Attempts at influence and persuasion are well-known phenomena. The economic, cultural and political messages conveyed by the media reach members of society in huge quantities every day.Advertising aimed at children is no longer a novelty, and the food, toy, and computer technology industries also pay special attention to influencing young people who are potentially committed to a product or brand at an early age. In order to avoid negative consequences and to choose our beliefs in a truly useful and meaningful way that is not detrimental to ourselves, it is worth acquiring in-depth knowledge of argumentative logic.
DRAMA – IMPROVIZATION – SPEECH DEVELOPMENT
A drámajátékok, azok improvizációs verziói és a beszédfejlesztő gyakorlatok hatására a gyermekek önfejlesztésében, önismeretében, önkifejezési képességében, érzelmi intelligenciájában, mások helyzetének és érzelmeinek felismerésében és megértésében, továbbá empátiájuk általános mértékében is jelentős fejlődés következhet be. A child's understanding can expand by levels, while the knowledge content of existing levels can broaden and deepen.
There may be significant development in both cooperation skills and communication competencies, while the recognition and appreciation of the needs and intentions of other individuals can be an additional positive benefit of drama pedagogy that can greatly promote the development of the child's inner harmony with herself/himself and her/him external environment.
